It's true, we do construct on a grand scale at times, from four-story commercial structures to underground parking garages, but at heart we are builders who love practicing our craft and collaborating with others to create the structure and space they envision.

This is why Sarcon remains responsive to the smaller-scale needs of everyday homeowners, businesses, and institutions. For our Service & Small Projects work, we bring the same skill, knowledge, and follow-up we bring to every job we do, even the biggest ones for the most demanding clients. Designers, builders, suppliers—we can bring them all together for you.

Here’s how it works:
Call our office and tell us what you’d like to do. If we determine that it's something we can do quickly, we will send out a crew as soon as possible. You’ll be charged on an hourly basis for labor and any materials that we use.

If it’s a little bigger, we will visit your site and meet with you to assess your needs and help you weigh the myriad options that are open to budgets of all sizes. Next we'll prepare a design plan and a cost estimate for you to review. The charge for this service will be based on the nature of the project. If you decide to move forward, we will work on a simple, one-page contract.

It’s that easy
Whatever type of job it is, you will be working with professionals from throughout northern New Mexico. We normally use our own experienced crews to do all of the work. When the job will involve other specialists, you’ll be able to call on our experience in dealing with hundreds of other craftspeople and technicians in the area. You can be sure that your job will be getting the attention that it deserves!
