Peter Brill, President of Sarcon Construction, arrived in New Mexico 17 years ago from New York City, where he ran a successful public works contracting business. Peter graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1995 and founded Sarcon in the same year. His primary professional focus is on combining building experience and insight with an intelligent and collaborative management style. He is involved in numerous civic, community, and charitable organizations and has two great children, Shane and Sam. |

Tom Spray |

Tom Spray, Vice President, has developed and managed the design and construction of arts and social service facilities in Los Angeles, Houston, Charlotte, St. Paul, and Santa Fe during his 30-year career as a nonprofit CEO. He brings an owner’s perspective to his work at Sarcon. Tom dabbles in architectural photography and painting and is a big-time history buff. |

Carol Valdez |

Carol Valdez, Office Manager - Carol is a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico. She traveled in the late 1980’s and lived in both Washington state and in Europe. Carol returned home in 1991, and is happily raising her two children here in Santa Fe. She has worked in management for 15 years, both as a managing partner in an accounting firm and as an Outreach Supervisor for a local non-profit organization. Carol is currently working toward a degree in Business Administration. Carol is a team player and brings a positive attitude and a willingness to support staff all areas of Sarcon. |

Kevin Braun |

Kevin Braun, Project Manager, originally from Northern California, received a B.S. degree in Construction Management in 1997, then worked in the Lake Tahoe area as a Superintendent and Project Engineer. He helped to build several time-shares and commercial buildings before opening his own business in Louisville, KY. Kevin is a dedicated skier and is happy to be a part of the Santa Fe community |

Pamelyn Brindley |

Pamelyn Brindley, Project Manager, after achieving her Associate of Arts degree in business, has spent the past 25 years in business management, and for the last 15 years has held the position of Senior Project Manager with a leading financial institution. A self-proclaimed “New New Mexican,” Pamelyn made the move to Sarcon to work in the community which she now embraces as her home. Pamelyn brings years of leadership and customer relations experience to head Sarcon’s Services and Small Projects division. She indulges in multiple forms of art and has a passion for participating in non-profit efforts that improve the lives of children and youth. |

Sarah Wallace |

Sarah Wallace, Administrator, worked in property management in Santa Fe for seven years and prior to that taught French at the University of New Mexico. Now she skillfully helps in the coordination of all aspects of Sarcon’s many projects. Sarah lives in Santa Fe with her two children. |

Katrien Deylgat |
|
Katrien Deylgat , Project Administrator, has a Masters Degree in Art History and 20 years experience organizing various cultural projects, including a major international film festival in her home land of Belgium. Since moving to Santa Fe in 2002, she has been working as an interior design and general construction administrator and coordinator. Katrien loves reading fiction, traveling, and hiking with her son and dog. |

John Young, Project Manager, received a BS in Construction Engineering from the University of New Mexico and brings 28 years of building experience to Sarcon. John actively promotes sustainable technology in building—a practice he began 25 years ago when he built a solar home where he still lives with his family. John is an avid mountain biker and cross-country skier. |

Rob Wing, Project Manager - Rob relocated from Albany, New York making Santa Fe his new home in 2007. Rob brings 33 years of experience to Sarcon in the commercial, institutional and residential construction industry in both New York and more recently in New Mexico. His years of experience include working for the New York City government as a management analyst, as an energy conservation analyst for the New York State government, he has been a self-employed contractor, an affordable housing developer, a construction manager and owner’s representative on projects from loft living, assisted living, to public & private schools and college facilities. Rob holds a 2007 certificate in permaculture design awarded in New Mexico. |
